When you create an account, we collect your chosen username and passcode. As you use The Med School App, we store the study data you enter: grades, assessment scores, question block logs, study sessions, and uploaded files. We do not collect email addresses unless you provide one voluntarily.
Your data is used solely to power The Med School App features: dashboards, analytics, readiness tracking, and study tools. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your study information is visible only to you. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used internally to improve the platform.
Your data is stored in a secured database. Access is restricted to authenticated users viewing only their own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is 100% secure.
You can reset all your study data at any time using the reset option in the app. This permanently deletes your grades, assessments, question logs, and sessions. Account deletion requests can be sent to support.
The Med School App uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
